Our services focus on developing the potential between informational and physical processes by employing new technologies from the areas of IT, identification, localization, assistance and sensors.
 
Our customers are companies in the industrial, automobile, retail and logistics sector. Many of them are innovation leaders in their industries. Efficient processes are already implemented. They have recognized the strategic importance of information and assistance technologies for increasing their competitiveness. Standard approaches to optimization are not enough for the next performance leap – that's where we come in.
 
As part of our optimization approach, we look at the existing company as a control system in which all informational and physical processes must be optimally aligned (or "synchronized") with one another in order to reach the next level of operational excellence. At the center of this approach lies the optimal interaction between people, processes and technologies, through which new optimization potential is created.
 
Our consulting activities have been consolidated since 2007 into Intellion Services GmbH, founded as a spin-off of the University of St. Gallen and Intellion AG (Solutions).
