Der LoadPort Reader ermöglicht Load & Go-Workflows für Open-Cassette Fabs. Die Loadports aller Anlagen der Fab werden mit LoadPort Readern ausgestattet. Alle Wafercarrier erhalten eine LotTrack ID Card mit 1D/2D Barcode oder es werden die bestehende Barcodes auf den Carriern genutzt. Wenn ein Carrier auf einem Loadport platziert wird, erfolgt eine Echtzeit-Authentifizierung mittels Barcodelesung durch den LoadPort Reader. Dies ermöglicht die automatische Anlagenanmeldung.
