The LeanOrder DetectionShelf is an intelligent shelf that enables easy and secure replenishment of C-parts for 2-bin Kanban processes. All Kanban containers are tagged with RFID labels. If an empty container is placed on the LeanOrder DetectionShelf, the DetectionShelf reads the ID of the container and sends the information (“demand”) wirelessly to the LeanOrder Controller.
The LeanOrder WeightShelf consists of a shelf with integrated weighing places and is used for 1 container Kanban processes.
