Technologies we’re proficient in include passive and active RFID communication, cameras and image processing, sensor fusion, ultra low power, big data, machine learning etc.

Our focus is on flexible, team-oriented way of working, personal responsibility and the joy of development.

We are a small but diverse team passionate about developing software solutions in the .NET/C# ecosystem.

We specialize in backend applications that work seamlessly with our RFID devices.

Software Frontend

We are a small team on an agile path. We are developing a modular management and monitoring application for all of our systems (LotTrack and LeanOrder). Using modern technologies such as Angular, .NET/C# and Entity Framework Core, we live Fullstack!

The tool developed by us is used by all our customers at all sites. Customer-oriented thinking and acting is a very important asset for us. Not only do we listen to our customers, but also to the wishes and requirements of our own coworkers.

Operations

Our team specializes in the planning and execution of complex projects for the semiconductor industry. Working closely with our clients, we implement tailored solutions that meet the specific requirements of their manufacturing processes.

We manage the assembly of small production runs, deploying them on-site in the customer’s cleanroom. This includes installation, configuration, and seamless integration into existing production systems. The acceptance tests, defined in collaboration with the customer, ensure that all systems meet high-quality standards and operate reliably.

Following commissioning, we support smooth operation by offering remote monitoring, fault diagnosis and resolution, as well as regular software and firmware updates to keep systems at the forefront of technological advancement.

Through close collaboration with teams from hardware and software development, we continuously drive the optimization and advancement of our products. Our focus lies on improving system performance, reliability, and adaptability to ensure the long-term efficiency and stability of our customers production processes.

System Engineering

We are the most recently formed team in the Intellion family and come from diverse backgrounds. Our focus lies in tying the ideas, developments and solutions of our other teams together with the requirements brought forth by our customers to create a coherent system that works for years to come.

Our focus areas include:

  • System design and integration, where we ensure that all components come together seamlessly to form a reliable and efficient system.
  • Requirements and optimization, where we gather what stakeholders need, keep the overall system in mind and optimize performance to avoid bottlenecks and make sure our systems are able to stay operational years down the line.
  • Integration testing and risk management, where we conduct both automated and manual tests for products to ensure our systems meet customer expectations for functionality and quality.

We work to make all the puzzle pieces fit together in the end.

Supply Chain Management

As the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team, we are responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing all processes along the supply chain.

Our main objective is to ensure supply security, minimize costs, and simultaneously maximize the efficiency and quality of operations.

We encompass all steps from procurement through production to the delivery of IoT products to our end customers.

At the same time, we also handle the organizational aspects of the company and significantly contribute to the smooth running of daily operations and the support of strategic business objectives through its diverse range of tasks.

Kai, Stephan and Markus have been managing Intellion strategically and operationally since 2000 as the founders of the company.

Based on our open corporate culture, we discuss all important topics together with the different teams and jointly define all actions to achieve the agreed goals.

We rely on highly motivated and committed Intellion employees. The less we are needed, the better 😉
