The LeanOrder Controller registers all orders wirelessly via RFID and forwards them via GSM/GPRS to the c-parts logistics provider. An integration in the IT-systems of the industrial end customer is not necessary. The LeanOrder Control Suite monitors all system components, verifies orders and forwards them to the ERP-system of the c-parts logistics provider.

Orders are registered by the LeanOrder Controller that forwards them to the LeanOrder Control Suite. Based on pre-defined rules, internal (supply) orders are generated and forwarded to the person responsible for replenishment. Orders can be displayed on stationary devices (such as a PC in the warehouse) or on mobile devices (e.g. a display on a trolley). This leads to an easy implementation and a closed KANBAN control cycle throughout the facility. |
